A doctor with offices in Jackson and Albion is behind bars on sex charges.
62-year-old Horace Davis was arraigned in Calhoun County District Court Thursday, accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl during a check-up at his office in Albion in May 2010.
Davis was arrested at his Albion office on Wednesday. Police in Jackson tell News 10 the IRS also conducted a raid on his office on Prospect Street Wednesday, but wouldn't say why. We have a call into the IRS to find out what happened.
Davis is being held on a $3 million bond. He faces up to life in prison if convicted on the sex charges.
