These were carefully chosen common denominators, songs that black and white club-goers might agree upon in 2008. And, in fact, the two races were here in equal measure on a Friday night, dancing shoulder to shoulder at this upscale club in the heart of the old Confederacy. The dancers, about 50 of them, were too young to remember April 1968, when angry blacks rioted here after the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. They were too young to recall Feb. 18, 1970, when 4,000 whites rallied against desegregation just across the Ocmulgee River. They were too young to remember "Machine Gun" Ronnie Thompson, the white mayor from 1967 to 1975 who threatened that his police would "shoot to kill" rioters on his watch. ---------- mukesh nebraska drug rehab-nebraska drug rehab

I think I might know this guy...but it's been 15 years if he's the person I once knew. I got myself in some trouble as a juvenile and was referred to Boystown in Nebraska; a good place for kids who, like me, were in need of guidance and help. Anyway, I knew a kid there by that name and he also was from Michigan. I did not know him well but if I remember right he was from Lansing; which I only remember because he tried to tell me that Magic Johnson was his cousin. I know that Boystown seals the records of all the youths once they leave but I am curious to know if he is the same boy I once knew. Help, this is killing me to know.

I admit it! I have had my license suspended several times from lack of ability to pay tickets, does that make me a grisly murderer, hey I paid the driver responsibility fee several time, I have done my time, I have paid my money, Just like Macon, he served his time, and served it well, let's support our judicial system if we cannot support Macon, Innocent until proven guilty!

Is the accused serial killer from Lansing? Did he grow up here? Is he from around here? Don't get me wrong I am glad they caught him, but what history other then what is reported is true?
