Olympic Games Mean Big Business for Gymnastics Clubs

The United States gets the gold and gymnastic clubs around the country could be seeing more green because the televised coverage. People are watching and when the games are over some even try out what they've seen on television.

Samuel Buchalter, Assistant Team Coach at Twistars Gymnastics Club in Lansing, says every four years the entire federation gets ready for an Olympic surge even prepares for it by hiring more people and buying more equipment.

Twinstars trains anywhere from 700-1,200 athletes a year, but enrollment is noticeably higher in Olympic years.
