Dan Quisenberry, Pres. of the Michigan Association of Public School academies says the New York Times Article blasting Charter Schools is "180 degrees wrong."

The Article evaluated US education data and says charter schools lag behind their public school counterparts.

Quisenberry disputes the findings saying the data was manipulated in a manner that missed Charter accomplishments.

The New York Times further says for example, students in the fourth grade may be six months behind public school students.
