Eaton County Sheriff's deputies responded to a fatal accident at Vermontville Hwy and M-50 on Friday, April 23rd around midnight.
A Motorcycle was northbound on M-50 and the at-fault pickup was eastbound on Vermontville Hwy. The driver of the pickup, a 29-year old man from Potterville, pulled out in front of the motorcycle and the motorcycle crashed into passenger side of truck. The driver of the motorcycle, 23-year old Benjamin Bradley from Charlotte, died at scene. The passenger on the bike, a 19-year old female from Charlotte, was taken to Sparrow Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and passenger of the pick-up, both from Eaton Rapids, were not injured in the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
