The Mafia would not want to come to Michigan. They are afraid of the taxes that could be imposed on them for being a business.

Bring in the Mafia. A horrible statistic shows that small time crime plummet around areas of high activities of Mafia.

Start by getting rid of all of the panhandlers on Washington Square and repealing any ideas for putting in shelter housing in the vacant appartment building near LCC. That would be better for affordable student housing for LCC and Cooley students. Lower crime and help the downtown businesses.

In order to fight crime we need to have more officers on patrol. Computer technology does not fight crime, physically patroling the neighborhoods will. Community involvement will help to a certian extent but law abiding citizens are the one's who pay the price because the criminals are cowards and prey on the people who try to bring them down. Let's quit spending tax payer's money on rebuilding roundabouts and patroling the schools and start spending it on crime instead by putting more officers back on the streets.
