A contest to find the worst potholes in the state is now underway--The Michigan Transportation Team is giving away cash to drivers who submit winning pictures or videos of the worst teeth-rattling potholes.
This is the first time videos are being accepted--- so get creative.
One or more regional winners will be selected and will each receive $370, which reflects the added costs the average driver pays in vehicle repairs.
According to MTT, the contest is part of an ongoing effort to educate policymakers that Michigan's roads are a serious threat to public safety and a roadblock to business development in the state.
