The chairman of the Jackson County Board of Commissioners says he expects the board to act tonight on the report accusing Road Commissioner Bob Zenz of using his position for personal gain.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office report accuses Zenz of using taxpayer funds to build driveways on his Jackson County farm, among other things.

The county board could set a hearing tonight to consider removing Zenz.
