A new term started Monday at Michigan State University after a busy move-in week in East Lansing. A according to the police department, it was a busy week for law enforcement, too.
East Lansing Police made 52 arrests during move-in week. The majority of the arrests were for minors in possession of alcohol.
Police say the number is higher than normal, but not unexpected for the fall move-in.
