The accident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning on Waverly Road in Ingham County.
Police say Aaron Green lost control of his Chevy Blazer, the SUV flipped and hit a tree. Green was dead at the scene.
Police say Green was speeding and they suspect that alcohol was a factor in the accident.
