Michigan Sex Offender Registry Back Online

The Michigan Sex Offender Registry can go back online, according to a new court ruling.

Back in June, a Federal District Court judge ruled the registry was unconstitutional as it appeared on the state of Michigan's Web site.

A decision Wednesday by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals allows the list to go back online, pending any further appeal of the decision.
