Lansing Launches Free Info Service
The city's Emergency Operations Division is using NIXLE to deliver important information to the community.

Overnight crime, traffic information, community events---
You can be the first to know about such things now that the city of Lansing is on NIXLE.
The free service sends out important and timely information via text message, through emails and the web.
The Jackson Police Department also uses NIXLE to inform its community members.
The free service won't go live until mid-December, but you can sign up for it now on the city's website. Just click on the link below.
