Gas Prices Drop

With most drivers home from spring break holiday, the price of gasoline begins to drop. However, prices nationwide remain at an all time high.

Triple-A Michigan says gas prices are down two cent per gallon this week. That drop comes after three straight weeks of price hikes.

On average, Michigan motorists are paying a $1.76 for a gallon of self-serve gasoline. That's about 21 cents higher than this time last year.

However, the Michigan price is below the national average of $1.82 a gallon.
