The trial for a Spring Lake teenager accused of causing a rollover on Interstate 96 last May, got underway in an Ingham county courtroom Wednesday.

19-year old Trevor Whitney Ryan is charged with reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident.

The incident was caught on tape by an Oakland county sheriff's deputy's dash cam.

It shows the vehicle Ryan was allegedly driving bump an SUV driven by Emily Bohnus. The SUV flipped several times.

Amazingly, Bohnus escaped with just minor injuries.
