Getting a tattoo is a big decision. An even bigger one might be getting one removed.
The art of tattooing has been around for thousands of years. Increasing in popularity each year, but some eventually regret their decision. The cost of a tattoo can range from $40 to $1,000.
One treatment uses intense light pulses to penetrate to the dermis of the skin to reflect light back up to destroy color, and as it's exfoliated off the skin, the color comes out. It can cost $250 per treatment, and it can take more than ten treatments to remove all resemblance of tattoos, depending on how big, or how many there are.
Patients can expect soreness, redness, and scabbing from the procedure.
