Reverend Lars Clausen is riding across the country on a unicycle, trying to raise money for a tribe of Native Americans in Alaska.
Clausen is attempting to ride 4,400 miles across America to help raise the money, which will go to tribes in Nome Alaska, where Clausen served his first congregation.
Clausen rode into the Lansing-area Friday, where he spent the weekend.
Sunday morning, the University Lutheran Church threw a welcoming party, complete with a picnic and a live band.
