Jacobson's filed for bankruptcy in January and without possible buyers, they have been forced to get rid of some jobs.
The laid-off staff was involved in buying, marketing, information technology, and store support.
The remainder of the jobs cut were to employees in Florida.
If no one buys Jacobson's, they could be looking to liquidate current inventory and end operations altogether.
