Standing in line, filling out forms and voting in a booth may soon be a thing of the past, at least during Michigan's Presidential Caucus.

Starting January first, internet voting will be available for those casting a ballot in the state's caucus, the election that will help determine November's Democratic Presidential nominee.

In the past, people have had to go to their precincts on voting day unless approval was granted to vote by mail. This year it's all changed in an effort to make voting as easy as possible. You can now vote by mail and also via the internet by logging on to a Web site using a code provided only to you on your official ballot.

If you prefer to cast your ballot in person you can still visit your caucus site on voting day, Feb. 7. More than six hundred sites, statewide will be open.
