Medical examiners say the woman found dead in Jackson County last week was murdered, and they are still working to identify her.
The woman's body was found in Spring Arbor last Friday. But sheriff's investigators aren't saying how she was killed.
Medical experts are using dental records to positively identify her, however authorities are certain they know who she is.
