Two Eaton County sheriff's deputies have been cleared of wrongdoing after a man died during a struggle with them.
Eaton County Prosecutor Jeffery Sauter says his investigation shows the deputies acted lawfully and were not responsible for the death of 54-year-old Ronald Lee Zinn in November.
An autopsy showed Zinn's death was drug related. A toxicology report showed high levels of cocaine in his blood.
The deputies were attempting to arrest Zinn for disorderly conduct outside a Mulliken tavern. He collapsed and died.
