If your heart and wallet has a soft spot for abandoned pets, a con artist is targeting you.
The Capital Area Humane Society tells News 10 a man is going door-to-door in Lansing asking people to donate to the organization. He is alone and carries a clipboard. Do not give him your money!
The Capital Area Humane Society says members never solicit door-to-door.
