Both organizations are looking for new homes and the city of Lansing is suggesting they move into a building together to be built at a yet unknown location somewhere downtown.
Both are facing space issues and both would like a more modern building. For Impression Five, especially, a new location would help. Right now they're tucked well off Michigan Avenue in a non decscript brick building.
Bob Trezise with the Lansing Economic Development Corporation says now is a great time for the public to invest in the project... which they may well have to. Public funding seems necessary and asking for a millage is not out of the question.
