It could take up to four weeks to complete test results from an autopsy of a missing central Michigan found 14 months after her disappearance.
A forensic pathologist in Lansing is waiting for toxicology and other tests before concluding how Becky Sue MacDonald died.
Police found her body last Tuesday in a shallow grave in state forest land in Midland County's Edenville Township.
MacDonald was 42 when she vanished mid-November 2005.
Fingerprint results identified the body Friday.
Police are investigating a "person of interest" in the case.
