Accusations of racially motivated, unfair treatment and it's a Judge behind them.
Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Beverley Nettles-Nickerson, who is African American, alleges she's again being mistreated by Chief Judge William Collette. Court Reporter Dorothy Dungey, who is also African American, says she's being targeted for retaliation as well.
Last year, Judge Nettles-Nickerson filed a complaint with the Civil Rights Commission claiming unfair treatment by the Chief Judge. She later withdrew that complaint.
Chief Judge Collette calls the accusations bizarre and untrue.
