The agriculture industry is urging the Michigan Senate to consider the Agriculture Enhancement Package.
It's a set of bills that would allow video gaming at the state's horse racing tracks.
Horse trailers circled the capitol in a symbol of how racehorse owners say their industry will vanish without help. Supporters of the Ag Enhancement Package say it would pump in hundreds of millions of dollars a year in new revenue.
Opponents say the Racino legislation cannot rescue the state budget. Supporters say the set of bills would create thousands of jobs and provide $400 million a year in revenue.
