Two Lansing firefighters recover from second degree burns after responding to a house fire. It happened Thursday night around 11:00p.m.
The woman who lived there was able to get out before crews arrived, but firefighters were told someone was still inside.
They headed in, but the blaze forced them back out, and that's when the flames burned the two firefighters on their arms and backs. A third firefighter cut his hand. All three have been treated and released from the hospital.
The homeowner is still in the hospital, but is expected to be fine.
Investigators say the fire was accidental.
