Six children and two adults were taken to area hospitals Thursday afternoon, all injured when a school bus rolled over after colliding with a pickup truck in rural Clinton County.
The drivers of the Dean Transportation bus and truck were among the injured. The six children, aged seven to 15, were Clinton county Intermediate School District students on their way home from school. None of the injures were considered life-threatening.
It happened near the intersection of Colony and Wright Roads. Investigators tell us the bus and truck collided at the intersection. No one has been yet charged with causing the accident.
