Record Breaking Fudge
LCC Professor and local farmer break record for largest slab of fudge.

An LCC Culinary Professor and one local farmer break a tasty record.
William Nicklosovich "Chef Nick" and "Peppermint" Jim Crosby combined forces on June 29 to produce the largest slab of fudge, and that they did.
Their 5,500 pound block of fudge broke the Guinness Book Of World Records.
The fudge is on sale for $10 a pound at the Lansing City Market
100% of the proceeds go to helping teens and funding LCC scholarships.
