South Lansing Sees Uptick in Crime
Recent Surge Belies Year-Long Decrease
The south side of Lansing has benefited from a decline thus far this year in crime. But June and July have brought a disturbing change in direction. The Lansing Police Department has a theory.

No, REALLY? I lived on the south side for 34 years, until I was transferred to Ohio for my job. I moved back here after I retired and I live in East Lansing now. The south side has always been bad, and it's getting even worse.
