If you're leaving the fireworks fun up to the pros, there's plenty of places around mid-Michigan lighting up the skies this holiday weekend.
Jackson will hold its fireworks display Friday night at Cascades Park--- same goes for Delta Township and Hillsdale.
On Saturday--- Lansing's 4th of July fun starts at 11am with a parade in downtown--- and fireworks at Adado Riverfront Park.
Other communities setting off fireworks Saturday include Fowlerville, Mason, Brooklyn and Meridian Township.
