Tim and Lisa Holland are no longer the parents of their four living children. The couple is serving prison sentences for murdering their adopted son, Ricky.
A judge terminated Lisa Holland's rights during a hearing Monday. Tim Holland voluntarily gave up his rights Monday morning.
The four Holland children are staying with Tim Holland's two sisters; they are now considered wards of the state and can be adopted. One child is Tim and Lisa's biological child; the other three are Ricky's biological siblings.
No one has filed paperwork to adopt them as of now.
