Music Extravaganza Closes Lansing Streets

Although the Common Ground music festival doesn't begin until Tuesday, July 9, city workers are closing streets in preparation for the event.

Beginning at 6 p.m. Friday night, these streets and intersections will be closed:

Grand from Shiawassee to Saginaw

Shiawassee between Grand and Cedar

Schoolcraft and Grand intersection

The closings will run through Monday, July 15.
