A design glitch is slowing up sales of the brand-new vehicles made at General Motor's Lansing Delta Township Plant.
The problem affects about 550 Saturn Outlooks and GMC Acadias.
The primary issue has to do with engine mounts. Sometimes water can accumulate in the engine and freeze, causing the vehicle to vibrate.
Some of the crossovers are also missing welds on the floor.
GM has notified auto dealerships and says the problems take about an hour and a half to fix.
Meanwhile, production at the Delta Plant has not been interrupted.
Workers are fixing the glitches on the vehicles that have not yet been shipped.
