News 10 confirms this morning three victims in Tuesdays house explosion on Everettdale have died. The victims are 6-year-old Fernando Torres, 4-year-old Fernanda Torres and their mother Nadia Torres. Ingham County Medical Examiner Doctor Dean Sienko confirms the deaths. Autopsies are now underway to determine the exact cause of death.

The Lansing Fire Department is still not calling what happened Tuesday on Everettdale Avenue in Lansing an explosion, but they are calling it "suspicious."

"Crews arrived on the scene and found fire coming from the front window and heavy smoke coming from the door," Lansing Firefighter Steve Mazurek said.

When firefighters went inside they found three people, including the two small children.

Many who came outside seemed shaken by the day's events, but some neighbors said they're not surprised.

"I knew something bad was going to happen," Neighbor Pam Rinker said.

This was not the first time the Lansing Fire Department has responded to this exact house, and neighbors said this isn't the first time trouble has come to Everettdale Avenue.

"Just two weeks ago, the house was on fire," Neighbor Michael Button said. "Someone set two cars on fire and their car port on fire."

"We were here June 2nd for a car fire and that's being investigated," Mazurek said.

Plus Lansing Police are investigating two home invasions at this house in the past month.

"I sent an email to the lieutenant of the south end police station asking them to look into the matter," Button said. "It said that I thought something serious was going to happen because of what had been happening there."

A string of problems that created so much worry, neighbors set up an impromptu neighborhood watch.

"A gentlemen who lived behind them was trying to keep an eye out," Rinker said, "a man who lives right across the street too. When I walk my dog I would look in to see if anything was happening."

The Lansing Fire Department is now investigating this latest incident.

"Investigators will be here as long as it takes to figure out what happened here," Cochran said.

The Michigan State Police CSI unit was called in for the investigation.
The Fire Department isn't releasing the condition of the three victims yet.
