A bomb scare forces an evacuation at the Eaton County courthouse Monday morning.
Someone reported a suspicious package prompting the evacuation.
The Michigan State Police bomb squad examined it and x-rayed it. As it turns out it was only a tin of cookies and people were allowed back into the building for business.
The courthouse was closed for three hours.
