Central Michigan University says it's reached tentative agreement on a one-year contract with about 300 professional employees represented by the United Auto Workers.
The university said Monday the deal would take effect July 1. It says terms will be released after the employees ratify the agreement.
UAW Local 6888 has scheduled a vote Tuesday.
The current agreement expires June 30.
