We have new information on the man who died on the side of a Napoleon Township road.
Police found the body of 49-year-old Jeffery Core early Sunday morning on M-50.
Now a 55-year-old woman is charged for her involvement in his death.
Deatrice Ruelle was arraigned today on operating while intoxicated, which is a misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident which is a felony.
Police say Ruelle was driving Core home after leaving a bar and Core somehow fell out of the car. An autopsy revealed he died of head trauma.
Ruelle did not stop or call for help at the time. She is out on bond.
