The driver's name has not yet been released and neither have the names of the four victims in the other car. One was a 15 year old female who is listed in critical condition in a local hospital.
"Right now we're being informed that she has some serious skull fractures and brain injuries," Lt. Thomas said.
The other three passengers, a 41 year old male, a 15 year old male, and a 14 year old female were treated and released.
The suspect is being held in the Ingham County jail and is under suspicion for having other substances in his body at the time of the accident.
