New developments in a rollover accident caught on tape in May.
The 19-year-old accused of causing the accident turned himself in. Trevor Ryan of Spring Lake was arraigned Wednesday.
The driver of the small car tried to merge into the passing lane of Interstate 96- that's when the driver of an SUV lost control and flipped.
Luckily she only suffered minor injuries.
Ryan is facing "failing to stop at the scene of an accident" and "reckless driving" charges.
He was released on a $1,000 bond.
