Will you help keep the Potter Park Zoo off of the endangered list? Tuesday, Ingham County voters will decide whether to support a millage to fund the Lansing zoo.
The tax increase would last for five years and would be no more than .46 mills. For the $100,000 homeowner, that would total about $46 annually.
If passed, the millage would generate nearly $3 million each year. The money would be used for operating expenses and capital improvement projects.
