General Motors and Ford are launching new zero-percent financing deals. The automakers hope the deals, along with cash rebates, will clear their remaining 2002 model-year vehicles.
GM is offering no-interest financing on loans up to five years for some models. Cash rebates of up to $3,000 also are available. GM's program lasts through Sept. 3.
Ford also is offering cash rebates of as much as $3,000 and zero-percent financing on some vehicles. Its program runs through Sept. 30.
