Tim Holland admits on the stand he was the one who engineered the lie that Ricky Holland ran away when the boy was, in fact, dead.
"You made up a few in this case?," defense attorney Andrew Abood asks him. "I did," Holland answers.
That lie is just the first reason Lisa's defense attornies say Tim cannot be believed. They remind him he was forced out of his army job when investigators found dirty downloads on his laptop.
He admits his bosses found thousands of pornographic pictures on his computer. The defense team also shows him e-mails he wrote to meet escorts on his many weekends away from home. They detail his lies to his bosses about those trangressions, framing him as a man who's lied time and time again to save his skin.
