While nearly 200 passengers traveling to Las Vegas from Lansing and from Lansing to Las Vegas had to wait for hours, some spent their time at a Lansing Hotel.
About 50 passengers that were supposed to leave Monday were “bumped off” their Lansing based flight due to a weekend cancellation.
Nine chose to spend their time at a Lansing Hotel.
Allegiant Airlines paid for the rooms and a spokesman said the company is confident it can regain lost confidence.
They urge anyone with questions or complaints to write letters rather than call, due to high call volumes.
