The head of Lansing's Board of Water and Light has resigned.
Sandy Novick has been under fire for poor relations with BWL union employees, some of the BWIL Board members and Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero.
News 10 is told a separation agreement between Novick and the board was worked out at a meeting Thursday afternoon.
The details of that agreement will be released later.
