There are new developments in the Tim and Lisa Holland case. The couple's surviving children will not be called as eyewitnesses in their parents' trials. A judge made that ruling Tuesday.
The Hollands are accused of killing their seven-year-old adopted son Ricky. Prosecutors argued the kids were too young at the time of the alleged murder to have much creditability.
The ruling still allows the children to be witnesses, just not to the murder itself. The kids are currently staying with Tim Holland's sister.
Lisa Holland's trial begins Sept. 11.
