A 20-year-old college student from Detroit has been shot and killed over a pair of designer sunglasses.
Romondo Lewis was shot in the back early yesterday as he ran away from the gunfire and commotion that erupted after someone allegedly stole a man's glasses. The man apparently got upset and fired into the crowd.
Lewis and a friend had gone to a popular nightspot in Detroit for a party.
Lewis' sister says he was an innocent victim. He was a student at Baker College in Flint.
