This is fantastic news. More stories on the severe harassment and retaliation against students by bigots in higher education are greatly needed. There is currently another case in the Federal Court system against for-profit Capella University where a student was just three classes away from completing a second masters degree and had earned a 4.0 in all coursework applicable to that degree. When that student started to study the incompetent design and implementation of WebCT, which Capella uses for their fully-online programs, the school retaliated against him by locking him out of all courses and literally denying him all due process. More exposure needs to be given to corrupt schools, such as for-profit Capella University, which retaliates against students with disabilities, denies these same students all due process, refuses to produce evidence in direct defiance of Federal law, and hires incompetent charlatans like Diane Stottlemyer the instructor at the core of the lawsuit w

very strange that one student would be in an altercation with 3 people.... no reasons listed...so we dont know. But it is very odd, there had to be a reason..But I see cause for a possible appeal...
