Why did these car companies take their bussiness to other countries, build factories there ect? They may ask themselves why did they turn their backs on the usa and now wonder why the usa don't care to give them help. What will thousands do without work and with no other jobs to go to.Looks like greed took it's toll and did as greed does, destroys,so who is to blame? It's who will really pay the price.American workers, many who wanted what the union could get but yet wasn't nessary.Greed in the worst way destoyed many things throughout the years.Fat cats had there days now we will reap what they sewed. All good things must come to an end.As a end result many other companies, car related will also fall down.Thousands stand to loose jobs so what is the usa going to do now.Won't help the economy with more not having money to spend.More housing will be lost. Then what.High paying jobs, then no job?Seems to be the way it's going. We can thank bush and all that oil money many gained.Mich goes down more.

If each retiree and current employee of the big 3 would loan their companies $10,000 it would cover most of the problems.

GM deserves to be helped out in their time of need, they have donated millions to charities and helped Chrysler out when they needed it. Michigan will be a ghost state if GM goes under. People will have to leave this state to survive and retirees will lose everything. If congress can bail out banks then they can help the auto industry and yes the top CEO's will have to take a BIG cut just like the blue collar workers.
