The storm knocked out the power to thousands of Consumer Energy customers across the state.
Consumers says more than 242,000 customers statewide were affected.
That number includes 6,100 Lansing customers..
And the more than 12,600 from Jackson.
Utility crews are on the streets right now, working to repair the wires.
Consumers says power for the majority of it's customers will be restored by midnight Wednesday.
Rural areas could take a little longer.
And if you run across a downed power line, do not touch it. Instead report them immediately to consumers energy by calling 1-800-477-5050, or dial 911.
