After two and a half days of deliberation, jurors still have not come up with a verdict in the David Draheim murder trial.

Draheim could face a murder conviction for a killing that occurred 16 years ago. He's accused of stabbing Jeanette Kirby to death when she was jogging in a Delhi Township park in 1986.

Around 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, the jurors asked the judge for an extra hour to deliberate, but at 5:10 p.m., they decided to call it quits.

They will return Tuesday morning to decide one of three verdicts: first-degree murder, second-degree murder, or not guilty. There is also the possibility of a hung jury.
